NHKと日本経済新聞の報道によれば、RCクラウドを利用した新システムの稼働は2017年3月を予定しており、Rippleを導入している銀行どうしの取引は海外送金が2017年4月以降、国内は同年秋以降に順次始まるようです。
記事では『4月以降』という表現にとどまり、銀行から顧客向けにサービスが開始される具体的な日付は明かされていませんが、改正資金決済法の施工時期などを考慮すると2017年6月頃のサービス開始が現実的ではないかと個人的には予想しています。
